Turning Series Part 2: Lidded Boxes - with Chuck Myers

Date: July 20,  2014

Time: 12pm - 3pm

Overview: Turning Lidded Boxes is Part 2 of a four part hands on series.  Class size is limited to three students. You will learn the techniques for turning a lidded box  on the lathe.  You will leave the class with your newly turned bowl made from and exotic wood.  Cost includes materials.

Skill Level: Beginner

Class Fee: $30


Turning Series Part 3: Bowl Turning - with Chuck Myers

Date: August 17,  2014

Time: 12pm - 3pm

Overview: Bowl Turning is Part 3 of a four part hands on series.  Class size is limited to three students.  Learn how to turn small bowls using live centers as well as bowl chucks.  With the skills you will learn you can produce bowl boxes, serving bowls or ornamental bowls.  You will leave the class with your newly turned bowl made from and exotic wood.  Cost includes materials.

Skill Level: Beginner

Class Fee: $30
